Australia Training...day 1

I had an inconceivable offer to join a friend who is training for Ironman Canada for a 6 hour trainer session today in Calgary. I have never heard of such a severe case of Tri-head before! Dedicated though! Made me start to think we should be getting ready for Australia. So we headed off to Kookanuse to get in some "base" training.
