I (Laurie) went to Ontario for a week and timed it so I wouldn't miss the annual Canada day party. This is Sarnia's main event, kids look forward to it more than Christmas. Lucky for us the parade assembles right infront of our house. So we gathered on the front step in our PJ's to watch the marching circus. Just another day in Sarnia really...

This is my dads new toy- the fake version of the real helo above. Its a tough toy to master, so we started each day with a quick trim of the foliage (and occasionally our skin) with the helicopter blades.

It was a struggle, but luckily I found a spot on the beach...
